The theme of reconcilation is illuminated at the end of season 2. The citizens of the world need to rid themselves of ignorance and be participants in understanding the differences between ideals. Reconcilation is only possible if there is understanding.
Human to understand Innovator.
Strategists to understand Engineers.
Sons to understand Fathers.
For the process of understanding to take place, they had to change themselves - seeking to understand instead of being understood, to listen rather than to be heard.
I want to understand and be sensitive to the needs. Therefore, I have to change so that the world's potential of goodness may manifest.
