It's true. I trash-talk frequently, literally. The possibilities of doing something that is out of the norm is alluring. Moreover, under the cover of "world class" education, I can get away with the unorthodox methods I propose or get the team to use.
Influencing teammates to adopt the exciting new manner in work or in presentation is rather simple. I guess, people generally like change. The "change" element is tempting.
However, while in the process, I sound stupid half the time and I don't understand my peers when they talk "logic". My logical self takes a back sit and the senseless self takes the throne in my one tracked mind.
Senseless self is not an optimizer. He prefers the adrenaline, a sudden surge of emotions.
