Of butter and Betty's 311009

Made cookies using the toaster oven and it works. The premixed smells really good. When the packet was opened, the aroma of the flour fill my nostrils. Mixing the dough was much fun. The squishing of the butter, feeling the chocolate chip and the sticky texture reminded me of playdough. The cookie turned out to be very soft, the way I like my cookies. Brought the cookies with rich chocolate and butter taste to Children Church to share. Learnt that the "excessive" butter gave it the softness.
