For every new start, there seems to be this unknown energy that comes from within that propels you to plan and accomplish a goal, a resolution. For many, this unexplained strength is experienced when a new year is starting, a whole new phase or journey in life or after a terrible defeat or failure.
I am experiencing this strong power once again. I am going into another stage, a mile stone in my life - ORD(Operational Ready Date). Many thoughts are coming to me addressing on what to do and how to complete the many task I foresee; the ministry that I am serving, the part time job which I am looking for, preferably tutoring, the Mechanical Engineering undergrad study, career, marriage and retirement.
After exploring and planning, I realised I am so mistakened in my approach in responding to this energy. I should be channelling my efforts into solving the question; why I am doing what I am doing or about to embark on. Essentially, I need to stay focus. My actions need to be coherent so as to achieve the desired results.
Cases where people lose their goal and purpose are not rare. The journey ahead for me is long and treacherous. The path is full of undergrowth, unclear. The road is dark with no directions. I need to know where my focus should be. All of us need to know what our focus is.
God help us.
