Of world peace and Gecko 170110

Met Seewah the day before to study together and planned to meet the following day to go for Jonathon Kambouris’ Last Meals photography exhibit along the uderpass to Esplanade. Met Cheryl who met See Wah before that and spoke so much together. Had an update from Cheryl about Nat. I was rather pleased that I'm the last to know for once. Smile. Caught a glimspe of at after the whole walk around Esplanade for S'wah made a run for it when she met Nat. S'wah is so extremely shy. It's odd.

The Last Meal exhibit got me thinking about why these prisoners on death row chose what they chose and that got me to start to relate to their impending death experience. These people, likely, have internalised the imminent death and had come to terms with it.

The other exhibitio which we stumbled upon was A Guide to the Common Flora and Fauna of the World and Scale of Justice. S'wah was freaked out by the lizard preserved in a glass jar. I hesitated walking into the brick path surrounded with white surgical rubber gloves. It simply looked odd with so many "balloons" all over the place.

Odd request for a last meal.

Exhibit at Jendela Space.

What would my last meal be?
