“To you they cried and were rescued; in you they trusted and were not put to shame.” – Psa 22:5
At times, Christians need to do things that are contrary to the practices of the norm, for example, taking “long cuts”. In the bigger picture, we have to live a life of righteousness, furthermore, in accordance to God’s will. William Wilberforce or King Wilberforce in the eyes of the slaves in Haiti said, “I think He (God) found me… do you have any idea how inconvenient that is?” How true!
Yet, life would be impossible for me if I was not found. The resurrection of Jesus Christ gives hope. It’s in God that I can find rest for my soul. In my daily struggles, I can turn to him knowing that surely He, who have found me, will also shepherd me.
Tasted and tasting His outpouring of grace and mercy - 24 AU worth of modules coupled with other responsibilities and many distractions are a bad combination.
